I think I'm going with 2 palmas or a delhezi. Which is more active and has more of a personality?

I cannot tell you much about those two animals as I have no personal experience. I know Delhezi are supposed to have slightly more aggressive personalities versus senegalus and the temperment of a senegalus should be similar to a palmas.

Would delhezi work though? I love their markings. It will come down to price though.

A single Delhelzi will. You will still want to give it a chance to grow out though before putting it in the bigger tank.

Yes two palmas would be fine. Mind what I said about separate hide spaces as that's critical with preventing aggression and keeping them happy. Ideally should be something big enough when they are full grown but too narrow for the blood parrots to get into.
