Reed Fish Help!

I got home from work today and found my Reedfish (who i never see) in an L shape against the side of the tank bleeding! It has 4-5 cuts on his sides and stomach with a little blood coming from his gills. Is there anything I can do to help my Reedfish before its too late?!
