Food question: for Elephant nose fish

Hey there i have 3 elephant nose fish , black ghost and eel look like snake camo but i have no idea about the name .

these guys all of them eats Bloodworms and Brine shrimp ( FROZEN DEAD)
any way i want to know what the balanced way to feed them every time ?
look at the picture i just bought 1 bloodworms and 1 brine shrimp
okay
what i mean is how do i feed them , when and how many times

the usually i do is in the morning 1 piece of brine shrimp and night 1 piece of blood worms
is that good ?


you guys tell me what you think is good or there is much better way ?

daphnia and mosquito larvae are good snacks i feed my fish twice a day too. i wait for it to melt then rinse it before popping them into the tank to feed the fish

oh daphnia we don't have this guy in food list in here stores and that mosquito actually i did bad idea to keep frozen dead bloodwrom melt way , it gives bad smell like dead animal anyway that was ugly thing the way i feed is with my hands and my elephant nose keep biting me , they bite hard !!

actually it's recommended to thaw it before adding to the tank. i rinse it so it's not so yucky. you could use a pipet so they don't nip you
