lol its funny that you mention that because I put so much food in there to make sure that everyone gets fed and doesn't eat eachother. I have been very busy and haven't had the time to do a gravel vac in awhile. (with a 3 ft deep tank and 4 inches of gravel in some areas its not the easiest thing). So a few days ago I finally got to doing it and I pulled out all my plants and decor to do a good job and there was hardly any waste in my gravel! I think between the bichir, the clown loach, the cory cat, the 4 line cat and the red tailed shark I have quite the janitorial crew.

I feed all of mine a mix of chopped prawns, pellets, tilapia, black/blood/red/earth worms, squid, and beefheart.
