I think the bichir would be fine, although I'm not sure about the ghost knife. It really depends how big it is because mine got eaten by the bichir. :(

Something smells fishy

Birchir is fine but you will still need to keep an eye for aggression from the JD.

If the JD shows any sign of aggression separate them IMMEDIATELY, otherwise it will bye bye Birchir if the JD goes after it.

I would certainly NOT add the BGK into the tank with them, it will likely be stressed to death real quick with a JD.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)

Adding to this the "Dinosaur Bichir" is actually properly called Polypterus senegalus. Also knows as the Senegal Bichir. These fish don't bother anything that isn't small enough to put in their mouths. So long as you give it a good hide spot and your other fish are bigger than it's head it won't cause any real issue. One question though, how big of a tank is this that you want to put these fish into?

Is it a "long" tank or a "tall" one? What is the length? What is the depth? What is your height? What is your water level kept at?

Yea that should be fine than.

Keep this in mind: Can get up to 1 foot, but if placed in an aquarium of over 6 feet, they can grow over a foot.

That means if you can...get a bigger tank. Although the 4 foot tank will be suitable for it :) Good luck!

I would go with a single Bichir. However that water level has to be dropped by at least 2 inches. Bichirs are lung fish. They need to be able to swim to the top of the tank, gulp down air and get back down. Also if your water level is too high they can work their way out of any opening including the opening where your filter goes in.
