Hello Everyone, this topic is in the wrong spot, and im sorry moderators but I didnt know where to put it. I just got a butterfly fish and my question is will he bite me when I am trying to vacuum the gravel, I have mollies that jsut kind of poke at me but that is just fun, but I wonder since he is bigger if he will actually bite?
I had moved your thread to Ancientfish considering Butterfly fish are rather oddballs.:) I have no experience to them so I'd rather not comment on it however if there is one thing, most fish don't bite at all when you vacuum the gravel.:)

there a snappy fish by nature but they can only take from the surface the best food for them is mealworm beetles(leave mealworms in a warm spot) and any other foods that float prefeably live they will eat small fish that put themselves in harms way be careful when cleaning because when disturbed they can jump like nothing else which means with the lid off they could end up anywere :D
