#3 | | | I know eventually some of the smaller fish may dissapear, but as of now there is 3 gouramis- gold, blue, & opaline, 2 scissortail rasboras, 3 small tetras, leopard danio, Chinese Algae Eater, Leopard Cory cat, & a albino cory cat.
He is apx 6" right now. He has a nice big cave at the right end of the tank that is all his. Everyone gets along pretty well right now, the big gold gourami tends to be boss in the daytime.
ETA: he eats the TetraMin Crisps at feeding time with everybody else, he likes them fine. I have tried freeze dried brine shrimp and he barely touches them.

#6 | | | This is my first knife as well - I've had him for 7 months now. When I first got him, mysis shrimp was all he'd eat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jyjbk...layer_embedded
The mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and tubifex worms are freeze dried. The bloodworms are frozen. Earth worms are chopped up. The ghost and cherry shrimp are live, as well as the feeders. I used to raise guppies, but I'm switching to convicts. I think they'll make for a much more interesting feeder breeder tank.
Does your cae give the knife a hard time? |

#8 | | | Chinese Algae Eater -> CAE
I took that video the same day I set the tank back up. I had them in a 55, but the seams were in bad shape so I put them in a 29 while a found a new 55. It took a couple weeks for it to settle in.
Yup, convicts |
