What a man fish ,what a man fish

I'd put a pink betta in my planted holding tank to test my cycling, its good. He was weary from being in a cup for a long time, since hes been swimming into the current, diving down then swimming up quickly. Now that hes all buffed up hes blown the thickest foamiest nest i've ever seen, yes he'll be quite the stud oneday. There is little surface movement and it is so perfect for breeding i hate to take him out i'm just praying he doesn't take it too hard and fight with the other fish where he'll be put with.

Seriously isn't the whole betta thing rediculas i mean the whole fish in a cup thing is soo lame people act like betta's are some kind of strange and wild to be confined natural anomoly when really it's a long finned gourami. more or less of course... besides why are people so impressed by them i meanbesides the siamese who fight them for money in my tank a betta is just one of many many boring labrinith fish... no offense betta people of the world
