| | Red honey garoumi eat other fish?
Hey, so here's the deal, my bf and I have a 20gal tank with 3 plates (wags) 1 female and 2 males, my female is in the process of giving birth almost every 4 weeks now, we have 6 fry that are about 4 weeks old who have survived and yesterday I saw three new ones and today there seem to be only one left, so i'm assuming they either got eaten last night or my bf could have maybe sucked them up today while cleaning the tank and poured them in the sink without looking. We also have (had 5 but now have) 4 neon tetras, 2 guppys, a red honey garoumi, a dwarf frog, two snake type of fish not sure what they're called but they eat anything at the bottom of the tank mostly algae and flakes, an algae eating fish again not sure what it is called and lastly a snail. Now obviously our tank has become overcrowded with the fries in there so we are looking for a second tank to keep all our wags together. Now last week I noticed that one of our Neon Tetras were missing, and its body is nowhere to be found in the tank, I removed all the ornaments to search for him and there is no sign of his body anywhere, so i'm wondering -since garoumis are normally known to be territorial, nippy and normally the bully of the tank, could it have been possible for him to have rated the Neon Tetra overnight?
