Question about a Pygmi Gourami

I want to know if I could put a pygmi gourami in with rummy nose tetras or with another dwarf gourami?

I wouldn't combine the pygmy or sparkling gourami with a dwarf gourami. But the rummy nose will be fine. You should have a small group of the pygmy gourami, they will be better. Depending upon the tank size, a group of 5 is about right, but if it is a small tank a group of 3; never just 2 as they could both be males and like all gourami the male is territorial so having more than 3 will spread this out.
