New Dwarf Gourami, name suggestions?

so I got her/him on sunday! it is so beautiful and has a great personality

so is it a male or a female? I had trouble knowing that
and any name suggestions? I was thinking of juno if it's a girl:B

isn't it beautiful? I think its a female but i'm not positive

also, I think she is lonely so I'm thinking of adding pygmy cories and 5 or 6 neon tetras, any comments/suggestion on this? what type of fish would work better whit her/him?
