New 3 gallon

got a new "Picotope 3 gallon" which is a little mini bow front 3 gallon with a light and filter

http://www.drsfostersmith.com/images...5_aquarium.jpg

its really a salt water tank but whatever lol it looks really cool

and I got him for my betta though and I figured Id show you guys and tell you about it I got a little heater and everything and ive got brown gravel with a light up top and everything

the filter is pure CRAP! its the loudest thing ever so if anyone could help me out by posting a nano filter that doesn't make any noise it would be nice, ill post up pictures in a day or two when its completely done and then in acouple weeks with a bunch of plants

The azoos make a slight hum, but not bad. They are small, and have an adjustable flow which is perfect for bettas. And, you can get it from drs.fostersmith.com if you order your stuff there (they are $8 ). You may find them elsewhere as well.

I have also heard that people have had good luck with the smallest whisper ones.

i like that tank,it's realy nice,
i saw something a little simular in the LFS,it had sand, plants
and neon tetras in,with some rasbors in,looked really nice.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Do you have a top though? Bettas jump! Tops also help with evaporation.

I like the azoo one. Sponge filters are also nice and easy.
