Need advice for Picky Gourami

I have a Dwarf Flame Gourami in a 16 gallon with 4 Corys and 3 Endlers. When I first got him he was a complete hog. He'd eat his food, their food, any lil critters he could find (tank is planted and probably 2 years old). Then (I could smack myself) I let him try frozen bloodworms.

Now, not only does he NOT eat anything else, he'll only eat the most pristine, red, fat bloodworms I can find and all others he'll let float to the bottom. So my question is, should I fast him to get him back on pellets? He was eating a combo of Betta Pro and New World Spectrum (guppy food and sinking carnivore pellets too). I know we can let our bettas go for a week or two but I'm not sure about Gouramis. I'm a little fed up with Mango the Diva. I shouldn't have named him after Chris Kattan's character. That's what he's turned into.

16 Gallon-4 Corys, 3 Endler's, 5 Celestial Pearl Danios
10 Gallon: Male King Betta-Kilo
5 Gallon: Male Marble HM-Logan
5 Gallon: Dwarf Puffer-Huey
5 Gallon: Male VT-Tango

How often do you feed him? I would say you could go with out feeding several days and see if it works. After all fish in the wild do not eat every day.

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

Keeping fish its not a hobby it is a passion!

55 gallon, 44 gallon, one 20 gallon tank, three 10 gallon tanks, and a 2.5 gallon all with real plants.

I think I'm going to have to try that. I usually feed every day. Sometimes I skip Saturday. I'll give him a few days to rethink his position. He eats plants and algae from the tank too. I have this feeling I'll have a battle on my hands.
