i have problem with my 2 Gaint Gouramis

my 2 gaint gouramis having fight from this month as i think one of them is strong and the other is kind weak as i think , they lived together from long time since when they used to be small and i saw them once kissing each other , or i am wrong fish fight by kissing
this gourami weak is always staying in one spot and his tails getting cut by other gourami
the dealer told me to sell the weak gourami at lest save his life ....

I would separate them most gouramis may fight and if a giant one did fight think of the pain inflicted on the other??????

i sold it to walmart , hope the trader sales the poor gourami to the wright hands , now the other gourami seems look normal and have no one else to fight expat parrot fish he always hang up with her
