how do i keep my gouramis from eating the the pellets i have for my other fish...
Yes the age old question... are these sinking pellets? If so you can start by feeding the gourami on one side of the tank and when its reasonably distracted drop the pellets on the other side.
Are they going after while they are sinking or when they are on the ground? If they only go after them when they are sinking then you can always just put the pellets in a turkey baster and put them on the ground, but if they still go after them on the ground constantly you might need to switch to only using the pellets after the lights are off. What bottom feeders are we talking about here?
