Which Gouramis Can I keep??

Hey All,

It's been several months now since I established my 55 G tank....all the parameters are constanly in check

Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
PH - 7.6
Nitrate - 15ppm

Current Stock:

6 Blood Fin Tetras
6 neon Tetras
2 Bosemian Rainbow Fish
4 Diamond Tetras....

I really wanna add some gouramis to the mix that will get along with the rest of my stock....i love flame dwarf gourami (i think thats what it is called....blue and orange striped)......

Any ideas?

PS - i know it's not the correct forum, but I don't wanna double post...but can i add a shark or two? i was think of getting two bala sharks?

Two balas in a 55? Not advisable. They get HUGE and need lots and lots of swimming room. What about a red tailed shark? I'd think that would be doable in a 55. If he's added last, has a nice cave to call his own, I'd think it would work. Not sure how the shark would be with your other stock. I know nothing about gouramis.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

I have a blue gourami and two dwarf gourami's that seem to get along just fine no fighting in a 30 gallon tank with tnak mates.
