Gourami advice?

As you all know ived been making different threads to see all of my options for the ten gallon tank i own its stocked with two tadpoles so i need peacefull species :3 or if their aggressive atleast interesting :3 well i was thinking about one of these because i heard they spit out water :3 but i also heard there are some that die off within the month or year D: and i was thinking of getting some sort of ram but idk because idk if it has that interesting/smart/dog like thing a bigger cichlid would so i went on to the next best thing :3 any ideas?

the gourami that dies so fast is the Chocolate Gourami they arnt very hardy
id get the ram
they are smart/interesting/dog like (you can take them on walks :P )
and they look great

well ived heard rams are extremely shy is there some species of ram that isnt particulary shy and good for this tank? well i cant have something that will be agressive because then my parents will think i killed the fish which is what happened once because my dad was stupid enough(sorry if it was rude to say or disrespectfull) he got without telling me danios and placed it with my turtle ._. and then blame it on me the turtle was a tad hungry the next day and ripped it appart and ate it leaving only the bones and marrow(he was a baby) and there was a bit of blood in the tank...

The Ram is also a very sensitive species of FW fish, compared to most fish regularly offered for sale. If you are a fishkeeper who is still "asking for help", so to speak, then a Ram is probably not a good choice.

well its not more of help its more of advice xD hahaha lol and yes there are some rams delicate but ived had way more delicate fish trust me xD i can handle it if im given the exact directions i can handle it :) also i just want a fish that follows me alot XD

If you only get one he won't be aggressive.

But if you want a fish that follows you, lol you can never go wrong with guppies. They almost creep me out sometimes. I have a ten gallon with guppies right beside my bed and when I wake up in the morning and open my eyes all I see are little Guppy faces swimming against the glass with their mouths going as if they are like "Feed me! Feed me!!"

But I always wonder how long they have been watching me for...
