fire red dwarf goramui laying on bottom

i just came home and i went to test my water when i noticed 1 of my gouramuis (spelling i know) was laying on the bottom. i thought he was dead but when i went to net him he moved a little and then went back to laying on the bottom. i have 2 in a 40 gallon tank that has been running for about 2 months they have been in there for a month and a half. the other one is totally normal and there are no signs of any disease on him.
water paramaters
0 nitrate
0 nitrite (using a nitrozorb bag to keep these levels this low)
0 ammonia
temp 78

any thoughts

(all other fish in tank are fine)

What other fish are in the tank?
How is it decorated? Can you post a few pictures?

How long has the fish been like this?

Can you describe any other symptoms? is it eating? Color change/loss? Bloating, or any types of open sores? Are the eyes clear or cloudy?

The more info you can provide the better and faster we can help. In situations like this, pictures are extremely important, but the need for them to be clear photos is equally important.
