Established tank - New Gourmis nipping at ADF

I have an established 10g tank with 2 Glofish, 3 Black Skirt Tetras and one African Dwarf (we had a second that died a month ago).

Today I added a Sunset Gourami and a Dwarf Gourami to the tank and have noticed that the Gouramis are nipping at the ADF (I can actually see little pieces of skin hanging from his body). I moved the AFD to a breeder to keep it safe but am worried that I am going to have to return the Gouramis.

Would this be better if I had more than one AFD? Is there any chance that the Gouramis will be less aggressive once they are used to the tank? Please help...

All Gourami species are generally considered "Semi-Agressive" - - It is likely they will continue to bully and nip at the dwarf frog. There is a chance it could subside, however, at what cost? Dwarf Frogs are best kept with docile tank mates such as Corys - Neon Tetras - Some Danios - Platies and so on. Good luck!

ADFs are all but defenseless. I think the frog needs a home of his own with another frog friend once he has healed. If that is not possible, take the gouramis back. Just my opinion. I have two ADFs in a 10 gallon community tank and, if I saw anything picking at them, the culprit would be gone.
